Big Boi fans can rejoice as he speaks on recording with Little Dragon and aspiring deejays can learn as DJ Qbert discusses his DJ school.
Big Boi supporters may be excited to hear that he is currently working on new music. He acknowledged this when he noted that he has linked up with Little Dragon on new material for an upcoming project.
Supporters will also be excited to know that Big Boi will be featured at this year's Soundset Festival on May 29, 2011. Big Boi, De La Soul, Slaughterhouse, 2Mex, Brother Ali, Zion I & The Grouch, Curren$y and Atmosphere are also slated to be on the bill to perform in Minnesota.
In other news, DJ Qbert recently spoke with The Cut about a variety of topics including his Qbert Skratch University. While free lessons are offered for free on YouTube, he's also got his deejay school, which he says has "over 1,500 registered students around the world."
He also added that they discuss a variety of deejay-related topics including a variety of techniques that are useful for mixers
