Diddy, Bad Boy Entertainment Sued After Atlanta Photographer Altercation
After a BET Awards after-party ended with a photographer getting assaulted by bodyguards, he sues the party's multi-millionaire host.
Bad Boy Entertainment and its founder and president Sean "Diddy" Combs have been named defendants in a lawsuit by photographer Jabari Tilgham. On April 15, Tilgham filed a suit claiming that Diddy, Bad Boy and bodyguards of Atlanta, Georgia's Club Mansion were responsible for his beating, according to The Atlanta Constitution-Journal. The night of the beating coincided with a Diddy-hosted BET Awards after-party at Club Mansion.
Reports indicate that at least one Club Mansion staffer is a confirmed witness of the beating. Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment has yet to release a statement.
