50 Cent Lowers Price On Connecticut Mansion

50 Cent has been trying to unload his Connecticut mansion, once owned by Mike Tyson, for a few years now. Well, it still hasn't sold, and he's dropped the price yet again in an attempt to get rid of it, reports Luxist.com.

Fif bought the property from Tyson's ex-wife Robin Givens years ago for a reported $4.1 million. But, the hip-hop mogul spent another $6 to renovate it.

He initially tried to sell it for $18.5 million in 2007, but dropped it to $14.5 million in 2008. Then, in 2009, lowered it to $10.9 million.

According to the Luxist, 50 Cent settled a lawsuit against an engineering firm that he hired to inspect the 52-room home before he bought it last year. He claimed they underestimated the value of the repairs needed. Then pulled it off the market then.

Now, 2011, he's switched agents, and lowered the asking price, yet again, to $9.9 million.

The mansion, located in Farmington, boasts 52 rooms and sits on 17 acres of land. It also includes a personal helicopter pad a nightclub, a gym, billiards rooms, racquetball courts, an indoor pool, and even its own lake.
